Créer un espace collaboratif et respectueux
Bienvenue à Claude! Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans notre communauté dynamique de leaders, d'entrepreneurs et de créateurs de changement. Chez Claude, la collaboration et la création d'un environnement de travail positif sont essentielles. Notre application pour membres facilite la communication et la gestion des membres, permettant à chacun de se connecter et de prospérer.
Ces directives garantissent que notre espace physique et notre communauté en ligne restent accueillants et productifs pour tous les membres.
Respect et considération
- Soyez attentif:Traitez tout le monde avec courtoisie et respect, en ligne via notre application pour membres et en personne chez Claude. Évitez les propos offensants, le harcèlement et la discrimination.
- Soyez un bon voisin:Respectez les espaces partagés et les zones communes, tant physiquement que dans l'application. Nettoyez après vous et soyez respectueux des autres utilisant les installations ou la plateforme en ligne.
- Respectez les temps de silence:Lorsque des temps de silence désignés sont en vigueur, veuillez minimiser les niveaux de bruit et éviter les comportements perturbateurs pour permettre à chacun de se concentrer, à la fois dans l'espace physique et en ligne.
Collaboration et communication ouverte
- Share your expertise: Offer and seek help through our member app’s communication channels. Mentorship and collaboration are key to fostering innovation at Claude.
- Keep it professional: When using the member app, maintain a professional tone and avoid spamming others with unnecessary messages.
- Community focus: Our member app is for fostering connections and sharing ideas. Soliciting business or sales pitches within the platform is not permitted. We reserve the right to remove any posts that violate this guideline.
Security and Privacy
We take data security within our member app seriously. Please be mindful of your own privacy and the privacy of others when using the app.
Conflict Resolution
We believe that conflicts should be dealt with through open, respectful, and honest communication. If you encounter a disagreement with another member, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected].

We recognize the importance of mental health and encourage members to support one another’s well-being. If you need resources or assistance, please contact our team at [email protected]. Here are some additional resources that can be helpful:

Guidelines on Illegal Activities
We want to clarify that any activities such as copyright infringement, sharing of illegal content, or any other actions that violate the law are strictly prohibited within our community.
Accessibility
We strive to create an inclusive environment that respects the diverse needs of our members. When sharing content, consider those who might have accessibility needs. For instance, provide descriptions when sharing images for the benefit of visually impaired members.
Community Participation and Communication Policy
Members are encouraged to regularly check their inboxes within the member app and respond to messages in a timely manner. Please update your RSVP immediately if you can no longer attend an event or meeting.
Lost and Found
If you find any lost items within the Claude workspace, please return them to the front desk. In case you lose something, please inquire at the front desk.
Guideline Enforcement
Please report any violation of these guidelines to [email protected]. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any hateful or illegal behavior. Violations will lead to immediate membership termination. Other breaches of our guidelines will result in an initial warning, followed by a meeting to discuss the violation. If a third violation occurs, we reserve the right to terminate membership.
Hateful or Illegal Behavior
We hold a zero-tolerance policy for any form of hateful or illegal behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hate speech (including racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or other forms of discrimination)
- Harassment or bullying
- Threats of violence
- Incitement to violence
- Sharing of illegal content (e.g., copyrighted material, illegal downloads)
- Activities that violate the law (e.g., fraud, drug use)
